They serve on a rota basis at the 09:30 am Holy Communion, and others services as required. Anyone
can become a server as training is given. Give your name to either of the Wardens.
It would be good to reinstate the choir to lead the singing at services. If anyone wishes to be a
member of the choir, give your name to one of the wardens. They would also hold themselves
available for bookings to sing at your wedding.
It would be good to have a music group which could play at the Family Sunday Holy Communion and other occasions.
Players of any age, level and instrument (within reason!) are welcome.
This meets once a month on the second Monday afternoon at 12.45pm until 2.45pm in the Meeting room.
There are talks on a variety of topics, several outings and the opportunity to join in diocesan events.
Men are welcome to join.
A small group meets during the week to arrange the flowers in Church. Even if it is not possible
to commit to help each week, extra help at major Church festivals is always appreciated.
There are two groups who clean. Each group gives approximately one hour once a month to dust,
polish, vacuum and clean all the brasses.
We offer refreshments after the 9:30am Sunday Service. This is a good chance to get to know other
members of the church. It needs two people each week to prepare, serve and clear away.
All Saints’ church is part of Hindley Churches Together group. There are lots of events in the year
when we join the other Churches in Hindley for worship and fellowship.
